Matthew Namour Gallery – Grand Opening Show

Established in 2016, Matthew Namour Gallery enters the Montreal landscape as the new incarnation of the world-renowned Yves Laroche Gallery. Matthew Namour Gallery expands on Yves Laroche’s long-established legacy of presenting the best & most recognizable of lowbrow & street art. With an even more international vision, Matthew Namour is proud to bring an eclectic blend of artists to Montreal’s most visited neighbourhood & uphold the city’s position as an evolving force in the global art map.

For the gallery’s inaugural show, Matthew Namour Gallery has invited more than 25 artists to contribute pieces that represent the vision & future of the gallery. Ranging from street artists from Berlin & Toulouse, to hyperrealist figurative painters from New York & Montreal, the roster spans the many styles & countries that the gallery is proud to be associated with.
