Omar Linx x Diplo – “Doctor Jekyll” (Doctor Pepper Remix)

Our man Omar Linx has been on a tear recently and now he’s taking it to a new level. Linking up with the one and only Diplo on his new track entitled “Doctor Jekyll,” Linx shines brighter than ever. Have a listen – you won’t regret it.

Music: Vesuvio Solo – “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”

Montreal’s Vesuvio Solo are synth heavy and hazy both in sound and visuals – Their video for ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ dropped last week on Gorilla Vs Bear and channels some serious Lindsay Buckingham.

Listen to the whole album, ‘Favors’ here.

Music: Beach House – “Sparks”

I went to Primavera Sound a few years ago and got a 2 litre pop bottle filled with Vodka in by throwing it over the fence to a buddy. About halfway through the bottle and after a few bumps of M off a pocket knife we were drawn to the Beach House set. It was magical. Their new single Sparks, off the upcoming ‘Depression Cherry’ set for release on Sub Pop – 8/28/15, brought that spring night in Barcelona back.

Cousins – Mess

Loving the visuals for Halifax duo ‘Cousins‘ video for their track Mess – it’s a delicious mix of condiments and seafood that turns very, very messy.

Their album “The Halls of Wickwire” is out on Hand Drawn Dracula (CAN) and Badabing Records (USA). Check them out if you’re in Calgary, June 24th at the Royal Canadian Legion #1.

Our main man, Omar LinX has been taking the music world by storm as a visionary by fusing rock, rap and dance music into one vision. His new tune “The Wild,” produced by Fytch and Kushberry, has all of the elements to make your ears orgasm. Along with the incredible sound, The animation for the video “The Wild,” directed by Peter Huang, is a highlight reel of a juxtaposition between violence and beauty.
