Walt Siegl – Riviera Ducati SS 2011

This Riviera Ducati SS 2011 Commissioned by a private collector in 2011 to high end motorcycle creator Walt Siegl. In his own words: “Before I started this bike I looked at a lot of NCR racebikes from the 70′s. Their simplicity and rawness really impress me. I had the problem of having to build a street bike for this customer, so I had to comb the bike a bit in order to adapt it to its intended use.”

Motorcycle Monday – Triumph Bonneville “The Great Escape”

“Based on the classic T100 and inspired by the Trophy TR6 McQueen rode during the stunt scene from The Great Escape, the Triumph Bonneville T100 Steve McQueen Edition Motorcycle ($TBA) will be limited to just 1,100 bikes, and features a Matt Khaki Green paint job, the late actor’s signature on the side covers, a solo seat, blacked out headlamp, luggage rack, wheel rims, hubs, handlebars, rear springs, mirrors, and mudguard supports, and arrived individually numbered, with a plaque on the handlebar clamp and a certificate of authenticity.” – Uncrate

Motorcycle Monday – El Solitario “Winning Loser”

Damn it’s been far too long that we’ve done one of these. According to BikeExif this is what they say about the bike: “This is the bike that El Solitario cut their teeth on: It was created for the Metamorfosis Masiva, a Spanish garage builders’ contest. There were just two rules: the donor bike had to be an SR250, and you were only allowed to spend €1,000 on parts—around US$1,300.”
