This month, as part of Project 12+1’s second year running, Contorno Urbano is showing a mural by Roc Blackblock, a well known Catalan artist who specialises in stenciling; an artistic technique often used in graffiti using paint and one or more stencils cut by the artist. Defining himself as an ‘all terrain’ artist, Roc Blackblock is as comfortable painting on walls as he is on paper, canvas, in digital formats, or even on skin — he also works as an illustrator and tattoo artist.
